Hi blogtober’s! Welcome back to my blog. I hope that your Tuesday is going fantastic. I got inspired by my beautiful and talented friend, Adriana, from For The Love of Books. This is my top favorite franchises for scary movies. I think this slasher series had a really good story line and the cast was just perfect. The killers got better and better.

This is a cult classic and I just adore it. I know that it is a longer movie but it is still so good. I love the cast, costumes, and script. But as a vampire lover why wouldn’t I?
A vengeful spirit has taken the form of the Tooth Fairy to exact vengeance on the town that lynched her 150 years earlier. Her only opposition is the only child, now grown up, who has survived her before.
This movie seriously made me scared of the dark. The tale is dark and has all the right ingredients for a horror film that deals with revenge seeking ghosts.
A newcomer to a Catholic prep high school falls in with a trio of outcast teenage girls who practice witchcraft, and they all soon conjure up various spells and curses against those who anger them.
This movie was an instant love for me. The cast was well picked and the plot flowed really well. It’s were mean girls gets witchy. This is a staple movie for me.
Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren work to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in their farmhouse.
I thought that this movie was going to be stupid, but I honestly enjoyed it. I think they did a great job with creating the plot. It really draws you in and leaves you terrified.
When Cyrus Kriticos, a very rich collector of unique things dies, he leaves it all to his nephew and his family. All including his house, his fortune, and his malicious collection of ghosts!
I really liked this movie despite how cheesy it might appear now. It was really was original on it’s own, and made me really look in to ghost stories because this one came out when I was younger.
In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds – and remembers.
I absolutely adore this movie. It is such a refreshing gothic horror story. We get beautiful costumes, sets, cast, and a horror story we haven’t seen in a while!
A salvage crew that discovers a long-lost 1962 passenger ship floating lifeless in a remote region of the Bering Sea soon notices, as they prepare to tow it back to land, that strange things happen.
This movie is a horror and ghost movie dream. It has the jumps and scares with a great story. I love it.
An amusement park mogul offers a group of diverse people $1,000,000 to spend the night in a haunted house with a horrifying past.
This was such a cool movie when it came out. I that it is a remake but I don’t care. It’s totally memorable and I think they are even making a tv series out of it now?
A group of unwitting teens are stranded near a strange wax museum and soon must fight to survive and keep from becoming the next exhibit.
I know that a lot of people don’t like the movie but it was honestly scary and good.

Is horror not really your favorite stuff. You listed some real stinkers especially the Dark Castle stuff.
Of course I like horror and like everything in life enjoyment is based on the person. I love all these movies. You didn’t and that’s ok! That’s doesn’t take away from my love of horror movies or tv shows. 💁🏼♀️💅🏻
It’s good that you like those films. But if you’re serious about horror then I would say you need to broaden your horizons.
I am serious about the horror movies I enjoy and these are just a few. I don’t need change them up to better suit your needs or tastes. If you want to talk about the ones you enjoy list them in the comment section like I put in my post or talk about them on your blog. Don’t come to my blog and down grade my likes and me because I don’t like the same ones as you.
