Jackson “Jack” Aniston was taken in a moment in haste to Jinnistan to save his life. There he finds out that he is part of the sacred chosen ones that will bring peace to Jinnistan from the Shayatin and that he is the mate of the earth demon Clagh. This brings a whole new set of personal issues. Jack’s childhood was controlled by a brow-beating cop of a father that told him that being attracted to men is a sin. Clagh has to work diligently to get Jack to see that its not and that their attraction is the gift of life they’ve been waiting for.

I think this is the best installment so far for pairings. Jackson and Clagh really are a good pair and the perfect fit for each other. They both have great character development, we more world building, and the plot was perfectly fluid. I have waited so long for this to come out. I was so excited about this pairing since I read them in the second book in the series, Air Demon. I wasn’t disappointed and I don’t think you would be too. This is not a stand alone book. I give this book a five out five stars and I definitely recommend this book. I look forward to the final installment, Water Demon, when it is released!
