For those that don’t know what OTPs are. It is an acronym for One True Pairing. These pairings are supposed to be your favorite couples. Here are some of my top book otps right now. For me that means that I like to look up Youtube videos, read fanfiction, and lookup fanart on tumblr. So here we go!

     Shazi & Khalid from Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh

A romance filled with love, betrayal, and heartache is my perfect trifecta recipe for my favorite couples and I find this in Shazi and Khalid. Things start out rocky for them because he was forced to have her best friend killed due to his curse.  She is head strong and good female lead. Khalid starts out as the stereotypical tall, dark, and broody but he develops more as the story progresses. I love this retelling of One Thousand and One Nights.

     Julia & Barker from Pancakes & Corpses by Agatha Frost

I know that the picture above isn’t how they look exactly but their behavior and easy chemistry has me picturing the characters just like this. I love that Julia is so relateable and head strong. Together they are a good team playing off their strengths. It’s one of the reasons I love them so much.

    Amani & Jin from Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamiliton

Rebel of the Sands has a singular focus on Amani because it is her story of how she starts finding her own truth and growing as a woman with her abilities. In the background of her tale is the budding romance of her and Jin. They are really sweet together and have good chemistry to become a true super couple.

    Anya & Lucien from The Lords of the Underworld Series by Gena Showalter

I found this series while I was waiting for a J.R. Ward to come out and I wanted to branch into another series. I am so glad that I did because Lucien and Anya are my favorite couple for this series. They have hot chemistry and their opposite personalities.
