But stop! Before you read click on her name to go to her blog to follow her and go to twitter to follow her @fablehunter1. You won’t regret it! Now without further distractions let’s get into these questions!
Where do you typically write your blog posts?
So at my house I have a desk in my office and then I have a desk in my bedroom which serves to be both a writer hold up and vanity. But I usually end up writing at my desk in my bedroom. I was writing in my office but then there has been quite a bit of overtime and family over so. It’s my room!
How long does it take you to write a book review?
It usually takes me about three days after I read a book to come up with a review. I am usually reeling from the book. So I have to give my mind time to process it. Then I sit down and organize my thoughts.
When did you start your book blog?
I started my blog originally in July of last year on Facebook then moved it to Blogger and finally here. I really enjoy wordpress. It is a super friendly host site.
What’s the worst thing about having a book blog in your opinion?
Procrastination. I am a “tomorrow person”. So that is sometimes why my blog posts are not as consistant. I kind of want to get on a writing schedule.
What is the best thing about having a book blog in your opinion?
THE COMMUNITY. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and inspiring.
YOURSELF. You’re putting your thoughts out there and get to interact most of the time with people that share your passion for reading.
What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?
It’s one I haven’t published yet! But I will once I get my hands on her new novel! I am so excited to share it after I get that book.
What is your favorite type of blog post to write?
I honestly like all the types of posts or I wouldn’t post them. I have no regrets!
When do you typically write?
At night, usually around 8-9 pm. I’m least likely to be interrupted by someone while I’ve gotten my writing energy flowing.
How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With Netflix? Cuddled up with your fur baby?
I usually write at my desk in my room or if I’m in a mood to write on my bed I will pull out my iPad, my Starbucks venti tumbler with ice water, have Alexa play the Bishop Briggs Pandora Station, and wait for my mackerel fur baby to come inspect the room before hoping on the bed to lay on my legs.
When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing a book? Two weeks after finishing the book?
I like to initially get my thoughts down like a brainstorm onto a draft post then about three days later I write the actual review. Too long and I forget things
How often do you post?
Whenever I want but I think I want to create a schedule so that I can have some consistency for my current followers and those that will on the future.
